After putting his East Coast days behind, Andy set his sights on the sunny skies of Los Angeles, where he received his law degree from Southwestern Law School. And with over 15 years of experience specializing in real estate law, Andy certainly knows the art of negotiation!

It also doesn’t hurt that he has a BA in psychology from Lafayette College (Easton, PA). Andy lives with his wife in the heart of Los Angeles, but you know what they say, “you can take the man out of New York, but you can’t take the New York out of the man!”.

I have a hair brush that is ergonomically balanced. I always take that with me.

I watch whatever sports are on.

Chatham, Cape Cod, MA. My parents took me and my brother there for 9 years in a row when we were little kids.

What was the last thing you learned?

That New York Giants quarterback, Daniel Jones is the future NFL MVP.

What is your favorite book?

The Obstacle Is the Way, by Ryan Holiday.

What was the last thing you taught someone?

What an estoppel certificate is.

When was the last time you totally lost yourself in doing something?

Watching NFL’s Redzone.

What was your most memorable moment in business?

Probably the grand re-opening of the Winrock Town Center in Albuquerque, NM. It was a redevelopment project that I had been working on for 5 years.
